If you are unsatisfied with the user experience, just return the modem within 14-days and we will refund your money, plus shipping.

How does your 14-day moneyback guarantee work?

We offer our customers a 14-day risk free return policy. If you order the service and things don’t work out to your satisfaction, simply contact us within the trial period for a full refund, plus shipping charges.

What speeds should I expect?

We are unable to guarantee speeds, but the service is designed to provide (up to) 8 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speeds. Speeds to your modem are depend on distance from the tower and congestion on that tower.

Will I Have A Good User Experience Using 8 Mbps Download Speeds?

There are thousands of rural homes that receive around 8 Mbps download speeds. They surf the Internet and watch streaming TV with no issues. It’s best to set your TV resolution on Standard Definition. Download speeds are up to 8 Mbps.

Can I connect all my devices (e.g. computer)/How many?

Yes. The modem you purchase from us, allows you to hardwire 1 device.

You can connect your WiFi router to the modem and connect all your devices wirelessly (e.g., Smart TVs, phones, laptops).

Why do have a data limit of 400 GB per month?

The service is designed for normal internet usage. This is not a good solution for gaming and/or large file downloads. A majority of Internet customers use less than 400 GB per month and never reach the threshold.

Can I use the service to stream my favorite shows?

Yes. Although steaming services can be deprioritized if a tower is congested. It’s best to set your TV resolution on Standard Definition to conserve data use.

If you are unhappy with your service you can cancel your service. Your subscription is on a month-to-month basis. We do not have contracts.
